How we publish Korea Market Insights
A selective public-source brief for overseas investors and market participants. The purpose is to make Korean market developments easier to understand, not to replace independent diligence or professional advice.
What we cover
We select developments that may affect how overseas GPs, LPs, strategic investors, and other market participants understand Korea’s private markets, capital markets, institutional capital, corporate finance, or cross-border operating context.
What we do not do
The Insights publication does not offer securities, solicit investments, take investment instructions, manage assets, promise returns, or provide legal, tax, or investment advice. It does not imply a client relationship, access to a transaction, or permission for a particular activity.
Source and language rules
Factual assertions are grounded in official Korean primary materials. We label proposals, targets, approvals, commitments, fund formation, and deployed cash separately. Where a topic requires corroboration, we require more than one independent official source. We avoid rumors, anonymous claims, promotional assertions, and forecasts presented as facts.
Publication gates
Before publication, each new brief must pass deterministic checks for date, duplicate address, official source domains, and working links; an independent claim-by-claim fact audit; and an adversarial reputational-risk review. If a material point remains uncertain or unsupported, the brief is not published.
How to use a brief
Use the brief to identify questions, documents, counterparties, and timing issues for further diligence. It is not an operational guide to regulated activities and does not tell a reader that a product, structure, or activity is permitted or ready to launch.
